Mersea is One of San Francisco's Waterfront Gems

Mersea is regularly featured as one of the gems of San Francisco waterfront dining so it was no surprise to those who frequent it to see a headline in the SF Chronicle stating that those seeking the best views in SF need to head to Mersea.  With an executive chef that hails from some of the better flagship restaurants on the other side of the Bay-- Waterbar and EPIC Steakhouse, the food is serious but casual.  But what sets Mersea apart is a totally different aspect of the experience—a genuine passion for and record of excelling at creating and supporting a strong sense of community amongst visitors, residents and worker on Treasure Island.

From French fries and fish tacos to amazing chowder and poke bowls, Mersea features delicious, approachable food in a comfortable and fun environment that appeals to nearly everyone.  Even dogs!  In fact, it was listed as one of the most friendly dog restaurants in the United States!
